About Chrissy Shaver
Is Chrissy Shaver the right Personal Trainer for you?
Hello, my name is Chrissy Shaver, I received my bachelors degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Training from Grand Canyon University in 1999; have been a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer since 1995 through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
I found a love of fitness in Jr High, when I realized the importance of staying injury free in order to continue to be active. This is what I carry on to all of my young and not so young athletes. It is fun to find the inner-athlete in yourself when you think you can’t, you find that you can.
I work with people of all ages, body types, and levels of fitness. Beginner exercisers to professional athletes alike all have fitness coaches, personal trainers, exercise instructors, boot camp, group training, as well as strength and conditioning specialists. Why not you?
A qualified personal trainer helps you achieve weight loss, lose inches off waist, reduce belly fat and build up strength. My Personal Training Fitness Programs integrates meals, vitamins, exercise, diet, nutrition, and possible nutritional supplementation with the physical training to design a balanced fitness regime and consistent pattern of eating healthy and workouts for a healthy body.
What can you expect from a personal trainer?
If you want to play or just keep up with your busy life, you must be aware of your body. That means fueling properly and the maintenance work of your muscles and bones, this is where we teach you about eating clean and exercising. Exercise is not always just lifting weights, I believe in using your body to create movement, speed & strength, it is what we carry every day. My #1 Priority is to teach others to move properly & to prevent injury, so you can take your sport/activity to the next level. I believe fitness is fun, but there is lots of work to be done, lots of goals to achieve. So we have created our programs to be fun while keeping the competitor in mind. So we begin with teaching our athletes young and not so young, to be stronger, to be flexible,to increase their endurance. All of this will improve as long as you, the athlete, put in the time & effort. The success is yours to have.
